I- Two ways to receive missions on Collective
Option 1: You are approached directly by a client or recruiter:
With Sherlock, our AI sourcing agent, any recruiter can find and contact you on Collective, if you have completely filled your profile
Option 2: You receive a job desc in the app.
Clients can publish their needs on Collective.
Once a project is published, it is automatically sent to all talents matching their criteria. You will also receive an email notification at the same time. All you need to do is apply via the app!
The client then pre-selects the best applications based on criteria such as recommendations, portfolio, experience, seniority, and more. Some clients make their decision within a day, while others take a bit longer.
